  1. v0.5.0April 19, 2026

    AI Operators are now a first-class workspace primitive

    • NewBring-your-own-AI (BYOA) ships on every plan. Connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or your own fine-tune as an inbox operator with its own access token, presence, and assignment rules.
    • NewAI Copilot adds inline per-conversation cost. The cost of every AI suggestion is shown next to the suggestion so the bill never surprises you.
    • NewAudit log is on by default for all plans. Settings → Security → Audit log shows every action: actor, verb, object, diff, source, IP.
    • ImprovedSaved-views advanced filter composer now supports nested AND/OR groups up to three levels deep.

    WhatsApp inbox: contacts, messages, two-pane UI

    • NewInbox renders all 8 Meta Cloud API message types: text, image, video, audio, document, location, contact, interactive button/list reply.
    • NewWebhook persistence for inbound messages with HMAC-SHA256 signature verification.
    • ImprovedConversation list pane now shows inline SLA timer that turns amber at 80% and red at breach.
    • FixedBun build segfault dodged by skipping in-build tsc; type-checking still runs in CI.

    • New/privacy, /terms, /dpa pages live and linked from the footer.
    • NewMeta data-deletion endpoint (per Meta App Review requirements).
    • SecurityCSRF protection rolled out across all auth endpoints.
